*NEW* Online Appointment Booking for Bloodwork

A new online appointment booking system for bloodwork is now available through a secure and confidential portal integrated into our electronic medical records.

New Patients

At this time, Univi Health Centre is not accepting new patients. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you are in need of a health care provider, you can register with Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822 or online at ontario.ca/healthcareconnect. 

 

Univi Health Centre offers two levels of services to residents of Sudbury East. Although certain servies only apply to patients, there are several other services that are offered to all residents of Sudbury East.
